CHECK IN
Check in time to our homes is any time after 4pm,In certain
circumstances especially during high seasons our housekeeping
services may not be able to get the homes ready by exactly
4pm,we ask for your patience if this does happen to occur.During
low season we can sometimes arrange check-ins earlier than
4pm but this must be arranged with our office.Check in for
all our homes is direct to the home you are renting,you will
be issued a lockbox code and directions to the home prior
to your arrival.It is your resposibility to make sure you
have these with you.Keys must be left in the lockbox each
time you leave the property.
CHECK-OUT
Check out time for all our homes is 10am and strictly enforced.During
low and mid season sometimes we are able to arrange a later
check out but there is a $50.00 fee for this.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
The minimum stay during Low and Mid season is 3 nights,during
high season this is 5 nights.A cleaning fee as follows will
be added to any stay of less than 7 nights
3 bedroom: $80.00
4 bedroom: 90.00
5 bedroom : $100.00
6 bedroom : $125.00
RESERVING A HOME
When you make a reservation you will be required to pay 20%
of the total for the reservation.The balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival.Once you have paid the balance directions
and lockbox codes will be given you.We will also at that time
provide you with a registartion form which needs to be completed
and returned to us prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival are
subject to a $100.00 admin fee,the rest of your initial 20%
deposit will be returned to you.If you have to cancel your
reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival you will have
up to 12 months to re-shedule without any penalty to you.
CHANGE IN THE PROPERTY YOU ARE RENTING.
When you make your reservation you will select the property
you wish to stay in.We will do everything we possibly can
to honor that selection,however in certain circumstances beyond
our control we may have to offer you an alternative home.The
alternative home will always be comparable or better than
the original home booked.However we do not offer any form
of compensation for any changes made.
OCCUPANCY NUMBERS
Occupancy numbers in homes are strictly enforced,if you have
more then the number of persons allowed in a home you will
be asked to vacate.
PARKING
Number of available spaces for vehicles vary from home to
home.Many neighborhoods do not allow campers,boats,trailers
etc. Please note with some homes the garages have been made
into games rooms and therefore are not available for parking
vehicles.Please do not park on the grass.Most neighborhoods
also do not allow parking on the roads.If you have any questions
regarding this please check with our office prior to arrival.
SMOKING
Smoking is STRICTLY prohibitted in any home.Ashtrays are provided
for you to smoke in the pool area.
PETS
We have a very limited amount of PET FRIENDLY homes,with each
home that is pet friendly there is $150.00 non refundable
pet charge.You must check when booking to see whether the
home you are bookingis pet friendly or not.
AGE
We do not accept reservations from anyone under the age of
21.A $500.00 security deposit will be taken on any group reservations
of singles.
BEHAVIOUR
Loud behaviour in our homes is not accepted.Management reserves
the right to evict,without refund any person creating a disturbance.Most
neighborhoods have a no-noise policy in the pool areas after
11pm.
LOCKOUTS
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOME THROUGH THE GARAGE, if you do this
and the front entrance door is deadbolted you will be locked
out.In this situation you will be required to pay for a locksmith
to come out.
POOL SAFETY AND HEATING
Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the
pools.DO NOT let a child use the pool unless accompanied by
an adult.Poolheat is offered at an additional charge of $35.00
per day with a minimum of 5 days.Please remember poolheaters
run for 8 hours a day,it is necessary to use the pool blanket
at night to hold in the heat as much as possible during the
night hours. pools are serviced weekly,a net is provided for
your use should bugs appear in your pool.Keeping pool doors
closed with help avoid this problem.Sometimes when chemicals
are added it may be neccessary not to use the pool for a few
hours,the pool company will leave notification if this is
the case.
